The complex is taking full advantage of its unique position, with the garden of the resort being just a few yards from the vast sand beach; it offers limitless view of the sapphire sea, the port of Ormos Panagias and the Mount Athos Peninsula. The evergreen exterior spaces, the vast terraces and the large openings only begin to describe the sensation, complemented by the air of comfort, luxury and classy taste in the interior of the villas. Able to host up to 8 guests (6 for the Ground Floor villa), with big, bright bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, these Villas turn family holidays more attractive and dreamy than ever!

All Villas are designed to be autonomous, luxury holiday residences, offering all the required infrastructures and amenities in both the interior and exterior premises. Take advantage of the big, furnished terraces and relax any time of the day, enjoying free wi-fi and of course free parking. The kitchen rooms are fully equipped and functional (with dishwasher and refrigerator) so that you can prepare your meals. The resort offers washing and ironing services (free of charge) so that you can enjoy a carefree stay. For your entertainment, all villas come with flat screen TVs, dvd players and HiFi systems.

However, the biggest attraction is no other than the vast, virgin beach of Trani Ammouda, just a few yards from the garden of the resort. Our guests can enjoy free umbrellas and beach chairs throughout the day, beach volley court, as well as sea canoe.

Each of the 5 villas ( Villa 1,2,3,4 & 5) features its own personality, but they all offer the same infrastructures and amenities: on the ground level, there is a single spacious living room, featuring the dinning table and the fully equipped modern kitchen, which also comes with a dishwasher. This level also features a WC. In the 1st floor there are the bedrooms and a second bigger bathroom which comes with a washing machine. The master bedroom with the king size bed and the other two bedrooms (2 single beds in each) offer a unique view of the Trani Ammouda bay and the evergreen garden of the resort. All villas feature air-condition units, ceiling fans in all rooms and the terrace on the ground floor, flat-screen TV, dvd player, HiFi systems, hair dryer, ventilators, while guests get free wi-fi and free parking for 2 cars per villa.

But the list of amenities offered doesnt end here. Each villa can boost its guest capacity by 2 persons (6+2) with the autonomous Guest room which has a separate entrance and all facilities, flat screen TV, air-condition, ceiling fan and fridge. The Guest room is available with an extra charge.

Villa location

he resort is is just 10m from Trani Ammouda or Livrochio, one of the biggest beaches of Sithonia region, right outside Agios Nikolaos and really close to Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou. It is an amazing sand beach with clean, sapphire waters. At the northern part of the beach, in the small cape, there are the ruins of a Byzantine tower, which was probably part of a monastery. It is worth taking a walk up to this location, and explore the place by enjoying the view of the beach and the Mount Athos Gulf. At the port of Ormos Panagias, 1000m from the Villas, you can find fish shops where they sell fresh fish daily supplied by local fishermen. The area of Sithonia, Halkidiki is ideal for exploration and trekking tours. Moreover, you can take the boat from the Ormos Panagias and have the tour of Mount Athos peninsula. Last but not least, you can visit the Agios Arsenios and Timios Prodromos Monastery, at 10km distance in Metamorfosi, as well as the Monastery of Panagia at Ormilia.
