Our Luxury Villas are located in the south eastern corner of Zakynthos and offer a spectacular view to the Peloponnese. They were built by local craftsmen using materials, and more particular stones, from the near vicinity. We believe that it’s a perfect example of how combining local materials, traditional architectural lines and a minimal and modern interior design not only does it ensure it suits perfectly to the environment but it also maximizes the spectacular hillside it occupies.

Each villa is made up of two floors and a spacious loft. In the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and in the first floor a kitchen, a living room and a guest’s bathroom. The loft includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offering an amazing view to the Ionian Sea. The loft is also the ideal spot to enjoy the breath-taking view of the sunrise, which you need to experience yourselves as words doesn’t do it justice.

The outdoor area is a large terrace build just upon the sea. The garden is a representative illustration of the regional flora of Porto Roma that is more dry compared to the rest of the island. The highlight of the veranda is a large infinity pool where you can spend a whole day figuring out at which point the sea andthe horizon become one. Nearby, you will also find a jacuzzi and a BBQ in case you would like to grill some fresh and locally sourced food.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

These Luxury Villas offer a relaxed summer living in the traditional yet modern houses which can accommodate up to 8 people. Through the villas we want to share with you our love for nature, sea and introduce you to the local Zakynthian life. In terms of pets, being owners of two beautiful collie dogs ourselves, we have a pet friendly policy in our houses. However please notify us beforehand if you are bringing a pet with you.

The sun beds are enough for each guest ,a beach shower is placed in a convenient point and beach towels are available.

Villa location

In Porto Roma, you will discover a pristine way of life with plenty of vegetation and flora, making it an exceptional landscape to relish your holidays while you are listening to cicadas’ songs and being refreshed by the summer breeze. Porto Roma is in the region of Vasilikos, where you can find the picturerisque beach of Gerakas. Gerakas is also part of the environmentally protected area Natura 2000 in Zakynthos, which is the home of monk seals and sea turtles during their nesting period. If you can’t help but be active during your holidays there are also many hiking routes in Skopos. Skopos is the only mountain in the area and in Ancient Greece it was dedicated to the godess Artemis. In the area you can also buy hand-made rugs, pottery or try an ouzo in one of the tavernas serving delicious local food.
