Our Villa is located between Chora and Mylopotas, at the end of a private road, leading to a secluded beach. The two stone-built storeys combine traditional architecture with contemporary minimal design.

The main advantage of Ios Retreat is the secluded rocky beach, 20 meters under the villa, accessed through stone paved stairs. And there is another beach, 80 meters from the villa. The large terraces provide fantastic sea views, all around this beautiful house. This is the key setting to enjoy al-fresco dining or simply relax and enjoy the limitless blue horizon. The upper floor is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and a laptop.

The ground floor has a separate entrance, leading to a cozy sitting area with fireplace, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with double bed. The colorful floor is made of polished cement and the lively decoration creates a joyful atmosphere. This house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and wi-fi.
The upper floor has a white, wooden ceiling, typical of Cycladic architecture, while the handmade ceramic decorations create an authentic atmosphere. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable lounge space with fireplace, a massive wooden dining area and a high-end fully-equipped corian kitchen. The stylish living area is a combination of Cycladic features and minimal design.
