Genesis Hospital has been certified according to Temos “Quality in International Patient Care”


The aim of this certification program is to validate and optimize the hospital’s medical and non-clinical services for international patients within the hospital and for the post-treatment and discharge procedures.

Moreover, Genesis has already established cooperation for international patients’ treatments with more than 12 Insurance Companies, internationally.

Since July 2017, Genesis is certified in accordance with the International Standard EN 15224:2017, which is designed specifically for the health care sector. The standard focuses on the health services delivery and risk management. These two important components indicate the degree of the quality of care provided to the patient. Advantages of this standard: improving patient safety, accessibility, effectiveness, efficiency of services, adequate and proper care of the patient, as well as improving safety culture and continuous improvement of service quality.

Firstclassgreece in cooperation with the International Patient Department (IPD) of Genesis Hospital offers a comprehensive range of services for international patients:


• Coordination, management and admission of international patients in the hospital.

• Cooperation with the international insurance companies for the admission of international patients

• Provision of medical and other information and orientation of the insurance companies and international patients.

 

IPD comprises of trained and experienced multilingual personnel that will guide and assist every foreign patient to their admission in our hospital and throughout their hospitalization period and departure.

It is very essential for us that all our clients feel comfortable and secure when abroad, thus we try to provide them with the suitable environment to do so.

• Letter of guarantee (it concerns the insurance company as well)
